3. Serverlogdateien
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen bzw.
Weitere Informationen: https://explore.zoom.us/de/privacy/

When you access this website, Netlify automatically processes server log data, including IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure website operation).

3. Server Log Files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files: IP address, browser, operating system, referrer URL, date and time.
This data is not merged with other data sources. Retention period: approximately 30 days.
4. No Cookies, No Tracking
This website does not use cookies.
No analytics or tracking tools are used (no Google Analytics, no social media pixels).
No fonts are loaded from external servers (no Google Fonts).
5. Contact Forms and Email
The website contains three forms: requesting a funding check (questionnaire), reserving a seat at the online input, and a feedback form on the website that is shared by link only. Calls are booked through Zoom (see section 6). If you use a form or send an email, your details (name, institution, email address, message, and for the questionnaire also type of institution, location, field, project, timeframe and earlier funding) are processed to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Form submissions are transmitted via the form service of the hosting provider Netlify (Netlify Forms), stored there and forwarded by email to mail@grantivity.co. To detect spam, Netlify may have submissions checked by the Akismet service (Automattic Inc., USA). Emails are stored with the email provider mailbox.org (Berlin).
The data is deleted once the request has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
In the feedback form you can sign up for funding news by email (new calls, deadlines, guides, at most once a month). Grantivity first sends one email to confirm; the news follows only after your reply. Your email address and, if given, your name are processed. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with a short email to mail@grantivity.co; your address is then deleted.
6. Video Calls and Online Events (Zoom)
Calls and the online input take place on Zoom, a service of Zoom Communications, Inc., 55 Almaden Boulevard, 6th Floor, San Jose, CA 95113, USA. Zoom processes your name or display name, your email address if you provide it, your IP address, technical connection data, and image and sound if you switch on your camera and microphone. Calls and events are not recorded.
If you choose a call slot on the Zoom booking page (Zoom Scheduler), your name, email address and the chosen slot are processed there to confirm the appointment and send the invitation.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or running the event you registered for) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in conducting online conversations simply).
Zoom may process data in the USA. Zoom is committed to compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: https://explore.zoom.us/en/privacy/
The data is deleted once the call or event has taken place, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
