Challenge
INA Workshop operates at the intersection of arts education and community development — a positioning that is strategically valuable but difficult to translate into competitive grant proposals. The organisation had strong programme logic but lacked a funding strategy aligned with its actual profile.
Approach
Grantivity conducted a funding landscape analysis, mapping available instruments against INA's eligibility profile and strategic priorities. A proposal framework was developed applying Design Thinking principles — iterative, narrative-first, built on the funder's evaluation logic rather than the template structure.
Outcome
Engagement in progress. A targeted funding strategy and proposal architecture are under development, with the first submission targeted for Q2 2026.
